What information do you need to process my Izola Factor application?

The first step is to complete the Request for Quote Form. Following initial approval, we will then need you to provide us with a signed and completed detailed application form, your latest management accounts, a copy of both sides of the shareholder's identity cards and a document with proof of address which was issued within the last six months.
