Non-recourse factoring means that the credit risk of your debtors remains with the factor (Izola Bank) and in the case of non-payment of any invoice due to insolvency, the obligation to bear the risk stays with the factor and not with the client. Recourse factoring means that you will always take on the credit risk of your debtors. Currently Izola Bank only offers non-recourse factoring.
