Will you always notify my customers that the invoice has been assigned to Izola Bank?

During your Izola Factor onboarding your customers will be notified that you have entered into a factoring agreement with Izola Bank. Furthermore, every invoice must bear the assignement clause stating that the invoice has been assigned to Izola Bank.
