ESIS stands for European Standardised Information Sheet and it is a standardised quotation for home loans issued by Banks domiciled in countries within the European Union. This specific standard has been set by the European Banking Association and is intended to enable prospective Home Loan customers to easily compare different loan offerings from different lending Banks so that they can take an informed decision before they enter into the Home Loan agreement.
