As part of ongoing upgrades to our platforms, we would like to inform you that as of 18th April 2022 your Izola Pass App will be decommissioned and replaced with the Izola Pro Mobile App.
You will need to download and activate this app before the 18th of April to be able to continue accessing Izola Pro Online Banking.
Please follow these few easy steps below if you have not already migrated to the Izola Pro Mobile App.
Please login to Izola Pro Online Banking using the Izola Pass App and go to your profile section called ‘My Profile’ which you will find in the top right-hand corner of the site. Click on ‘Activation’.
Download and install the Izola Pro Mobile App from Google Play or the iOS Apple Store onto your mobile phone. Once downloaded please press ‘Start Activation’ on your desktop.
You will see your Activation Code on your desktop.
Your initial 6-digit pin is immediately sent to the email address registered with this account.
Open the Izola Pro Mobile App and use both the Activation Code and the Initial 6-digit Pin to launch the app.
You can now make use of the Izola Pro Mobile App which provides a mobile friendly version of your Izola Pro account as well as the login and transaction signing functions. You can also change your pin number to personalize and secure your account.
Very important - when you see a pop-up window on your phone/tablet asking you for permissions to access your camera, please confirm the action for the App to accept the authentication through QR code.
